Today, Intex Resources ASA’s Board of Directors approved the Group and Parent Company’s financial statements. IFRS was applied in the preparation of the Group’s financial statements, while NGAAP was applied in the preparation of the financial statement for the Parent Company.

There are no material changes in the final numbers compared to the previously published preliminary accounts for 2009, distributed on 26 February 2010.

The approved board of directors’ report and the financial statements for 2009 will be released on the company’s website and distributed to shareholders before the annual general meeting on 14 May 2010.
