Mr Almskog holds an MBA from University of Kansas, USA and he has completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard University, Boston, USA. He has extensive industrial experience as senior executive of international companies. He was CEO of ABB in Norway and subsequently headed the Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals Division of the international ABB Group, based in Zurich, Switzerland. In addition he was CEO of Kvaerner ASA, based in London UK. Currently Mr Almskog serves as an advisor and board member of several listed companies, among them Kverneland ASA in Norway and Petrofac, Ltd in the UK. He is also a senior advisor of the Taylor Group, Washington, USA. Mr Almskog resides in London, United Kingdom.

Mr. Ulseth holds a degree in mineral engineering from The Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), Trondheim Norway and a degree from Die Bergakademie Claustal, Germany. He started his career in mining for Norsk Jernverk at Rana Gruber in 1962. Between 1965 and 1981 he worked for Boliden Gruveaktiebolag, A/S Killingdal Grubeselskap and A/S Norwegian Talc. She has 23 years of experience from various divisions in Elkem, both in Norway and the US, as well as coaching Lean Management in Eruope and Asia. Elkem is one of the world‘s leading producers of metal and Microlilica. She is currently Vice President of Operations in REC Wafer Norway, Glomfjord Multi - a producer of wafers for the Solar Industry. Renewable Energy Corporation is among the world‘s largest players in this market. Ms. Rolandsen also holds board positions in Nordlandsbanken/DnB NOR and Nordisk Innovasjonscenter. Ms. Rolandsen resides in Fauske, Norway

Tom Ruud is a Norwegian Citizen. He was born in 1950 and educated as a Civil Engineer in 1974. He has attended an executive program at Wharton. Tom Ruud has over the years gained significant top management and board experience from different industries and parts of the world. He has been CEO and/or chairman in major listed international companies for years. Tom Ruud joined the Umoe group as CFO, coming from the group executive management of Nordea, the largest Nordic financial servies group. For the time being Tom Ruud is a member of the boards of several companies including Total E&P Norway AS, Euroclear PLC/SA, and Umoe Bioengergy ASA. Mr. Ruud resides in Oslo, Norway.
